With your material specifications in hand, our sourcing teams coordinate with vetted manufacturing units across primary production clusters.
We request factory production availability, confirm material durability standards, estimate shipping times, and negotiate initial factory rates.
BOQ Creation
Once sourcing viability is established, we translate the requirements into a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with itemized factory unit pricing, freight estimates, and site trucking fees.
This BOQ provides complete financial transparency, listing exactly what portion of the budget goes to product manufacture versus freight logistics, with zero hidden costs.
Product Inspection
We do not leave quality to chance. Daftlabs employs specialized inspection agents at each manufacturing cluster who visit the factories throughout the production cycle.
Before any container is packed and sealed, our agents perform randomized stress tests, verify color consistency across tile batches, measure dimensional tolerances, and send a complete photo report to you.
Dispatch & Site Delivery
After inspection sign-off, we handle the entire logistics pipeline: booking cargo space, packing securely to prevent breakage, and preparing dispatch documentation.
Upon dispatch, we manage the transport timeline and arrange trucks to deliver the materials straight to your project site.
